In executive roles, he has set direction and overseen diverse teams spanning project delivery; support and monitoring services; contract management; engineering and application development functions; research and development; design and pricing; sales and business development; fabrication; purchasing; and strategic partnerships. He has also designed and led leadership development, training, and mentorship programs to build stronger teams and grow confident, capable leaders. This breadth of experience allows Stacy to guide organizations through growth, transformation, and complexity with clarity and discipline.
